United Way distributing $400K to N.L. charities

ST. JOHN’S, NL – United Way Newfoundland and Labrador will distribute $400,000 to 48 community organizations in the province on Thursday.

United Way NL

The community fund grants are the result of proceeds raised through the organization’s workplace campaign last year.
Representatives from selected partner donor organizations will be on hand at the Bowring Park Bungalow in St. John’s to present the donations to recipient charities.
The groups receiving funding are:
