CORNER BROOK A Massey Drive man was arrested Thursday evening at Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
RNC officers were assisting staff in assessing the 51-year-old who was brought to hospital earlier by police. It was reported he then broke a chair and threatened the officers. The accused is subject to several previous court orders.
He was arrested without further incident and held at the Corner Brook lock-up. He is expected to appear in provincial court today — facing two counts of uttering threats to cause bodily harm, mischief, and two counts of failing to comply with court orders.
