Early morning gunshots wake resident in Rigolet: RCMP

Rigolet RCMP are investigating an incident in which shots were fired in the community about 3 a.m. this morning.

An area resident complained of being awakened to the sound of gunfire.

Upon receiving this complainant, police patrolled throughout the community, however, were unable to determine the source of the gunfire.

There have been no reports of injuries and police are continuing with the investigation.
