Fire Destroys Residence In Natuashish

An unoccupied residence in Natuashish, NL was completely destroyed by fire around supper time yesterday. The RCMP responded to a fire at 28 Katshinak Street along with the Natuashish Fire department around 5:18 pm yesterday. Despite the tremendous efforts of the Natuashish Fire Department, firefighters were unable to save the structure.

RCMP investigators remain on site and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. Nobody was in the residence at this time of the fire and there were no injuries as a result of the fire.
