Marijuana plants seized in Happy Valley-Goose Bay

RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay seized a quantity of marijuana plants in a wooded area near the Labrador community on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip from the public, officers located the plants behind a residence in the community. The plants were in various stages of development and charges are pending.

If anyone has information regarding this matter or would like to report other drug-related activity, they are asked to contact their local RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers.
